Check in - out
Embarkation: Starting date from 17:00h / Disembarkation: Ending day by 09:00h
Compulsory Return to base the evening before disembarkation, at 18:00h, the latest.
Insurance: All boats are insured by against risks arising from liability to third parties and damage to hull, machinery & equipment.
Equipment: All boats have got GPS plotter on the cockpit, sprayhood, bimini top, autopilot, el. anchor windlass.
Included in the charter price: Current VAT, Bed linen & towels (One set/person/week), Autopilot, Dingy with outboard motor, marina fees for first & last day of charter, unlimited WiFi.
What is not included in the charter price: Fuel refill (client has to refill the boat with diesel before enter the terminal destination), water, end cleaning.

* Extras can be subject to availability, payable prior to embarkation AT BASE directly by Charterer in cash.
Optional Crew Services
Skipper: 190€ per day plus provisioning.
Hostess/Cook: 170€ per day plus provisioning.
Crew requires their own cabin.
Security Deposit Insurance is mandatory for skippered charters.
One Way Fees
Athens-Lavrion: 400€
Athens-Dodecanese: 1.100€
Athens-Cyclades / Sporades: 700€
Athens-Ionian: 1.200€
In-between Dodecanese or Ionian or Cyclades: 500€
Cancellation policy:
Cancellation fee of 30% of the total charter fee for bookings cancelled, more than 60 days before embarkation.
Cancellation fee of 50% of the total charter fee for bookings cancelled, between 59 & 31 days before embarkation.
Cancellation fee of 100% of the total charter fee for bookings cancelled, less than 30 days before embarkation.
If the boat is re-chartered for the same period, the cancellation fees will be refunded.

-Credit Card: Due to the fact, that onboard every yacht there can be more than one family or friends, couples and etc., we have arranged that you could separately pay your share with your credit card without difficulties. Easily and safely, payments can take place through the secure website portals of each yacht. Choose the yacht you have booked from the above price list and press the button for the payment. Put your details, the Charter Code given by The Nostos Sailing team and the amount of Euro you wish to pay. For every charter, more than one payment can take place and with different credit cards. Don't hesitate to contact our team for further clarifications or assistance.
Payment procedure: 40% deposit within 10 days after the booking confirmation and 60% balance deposit 30 days before embarkation.
Sailing License Requirements:
In Greece when chartering a bareboat yacht, according to the port authorities’ requests, the client must provide original sailing certificate/license, (in English language or officially translated). Certificates for motor yachts, day-skipper or sailing on day-light only, weather limitations are not accepted from the Port Authorities.
Security Deposit:
As per Charter Party Terms, Charterer will provide at Base before embarkation a Security Deposit payment by credit card, VISA or MasterCard only (no debit cards). The Security deposit applies per insurable event (damage or loss). This means that should an incident occur, in order to be covered against a 2nd incident, the Charterer must replenish the Security deposit to the initial amount. In any other case, Stakeholder and / or Owner may treat the charter agreement as repudiated by Charterer and end the charter.
